On-call Service Who do you call when you need help? We can make support available to you by phone, e-mail and pager for emergency help. 24-hour support is available. E-mail End User support We can answer your customer's questions about your website or product via e-mail. Documentation We write clear, easy-to-understand, illustrated documentation for your procedure or product. Documentation can be provided on the web, in print, or via e-mail. We provided e-mail suppport for the 70,000 end users of Electric Minds from 11/96 to 5/97 (when the company was sold). Other support and consulting references are available by request.
